Pre-launch strategy call
A 90-minute call to map the whole launch: show name, format, target audience, three-month episode arc, publishing cadence. You leave with a written launch plan and a shot list for the recording day.
Productised launch · £2,495 all in
One month from "we should have a podcast" to Episode 1 live. Strategy, brand pack, hosting setup, distribution, one recording day in the barn, edit, clips, first-month schedule. One fixed price, one calendar entry for the exec, one launched show.
Twenty years of studio production behind every launch. A working podcast studio since 2005.
The checklist
This is why most people who say they will start a podcast never do. It is not the recording that stops them. It is everything around the recording.
Doing it yourself
26 things. Realistically 40 to 60 hours of work, spread over six to eight weeks. Most first-time hosts stall before Episode 3.
With The Launch
Three things. Realistically one day at the barn and a handful of decisions during a strategy call. Episode 1 live at the end.

What's actually in The Launch
Everything on the 26-item checklist is covered by one of these six, or we would not have built the product.
A 90-minute call to map the whole launch: show name, format, target audience, three-month episode arc, publishing cadence. You leave with a written launch plan and a shot list for the recording day.
Cover artwork, YouTube banner, thumbnail templates in square and landscape, video intro and outro stings, music selection. Designed to sit properly against your existing brand, delivered as a full asset kit you own.
A full day at the barn. Four-camera 4K, broadcast-grade audio, an engineer on the desk. We record the trailer plus your first two launch episodes. Same production standard as the £1,195 Content in a Day.
Trailer plus the first two episodes fully edited, mixed, intros and outros in place. Six short-form social clips pulled from the launch episodes, captioned, formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
We set up the hosting platform (Buzzsprout, Transistor or Captivate — you own the account), submit to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Overcast, Pocket Casts and YouTube Music, and set up your YouTube channel with the branded banner. All logins handed over to you.
The trailer plus first two episodes scheduled to publish across audio and video. Show notes written for each. A one-hour handover call at the end so you can drive it yourself, or roll straight into The Series for the ongoing rhythm.
How the launch runs
Four working weeks. The middle one is you, at the barn. The rest is us.
Weeks 1 & 2
The strategy call. We map the whole launch, agree the show name and description, brief the design team on artwork and stings. You approve everything in writing before we start recording.
Week 3
One production day, exactly like a Content in a Day. Trailer and first two episodes recorded four-camera. Broadcast-grade audio. An engineer runs the desk. You leave with the raw multitrack in your hand.
Week 4
Edit, mix, clips, hosting setup, listening-app submissions, YouTube channel, first-month schedule. Ends with a one-hour handover call so you can either drive it yourself from here or roll into The Series.
The price
One number. Includes everything on the six-deliverable list: the plan, the brand pack, the recording day in the barn, the edit, the clips, the hosting and distribution setup, the first-month schedule, the handover call.
For reference, a bare Content in a Day recording is £1,195 on its own. The Launch adds the full brand pack, hosting and distribution setup, and the additional launch episode plus handover for £1,300 above that, or you can add it later at a higher combined price.
The Launch
One working month. Bookings open across the year.
What happens after
Most Launch clients roll straight into The Series for the ongoing production. Same barn, same producer, same standard. One recording day a month at £1,195 gets you a fully edited episode plus six short-form clips, on repeat, for as long as you want the show to run.
Or you take the hosting login, the brand pack and the recording skills you learned on the launch day and drive the show yourself. Both work. No lock-in either way.
Who it's built for
Four buyers this tends to suit. If you recognise yourself in one of them, we should talk.
You know what you want to say. You do not want to spend six weeks figuring out how to publish it. The Launch takes the whole publishing stack off your desk so all you have to do is show up and talk. Feeds cleanly into The Series once you have the rhythm.
The company needs a show. Marketing does not have four weeks to research hosting platforms and design artwork. The Launch is one line item on the budget, one calendar entry for the exec, and one live show at the end.
Your CMO said "we should have a podcast". You need a first episode live, on-brand, on-platform, without hiring a producer. The Launch is designed for exactly this handover.
Every conversation about starting has ended at 'the checklist is too long'. This is the way through. One day in the barn and you're launched.
