Booking terms

How booking works

The studio is booked by enquiry. You tell us what you're recording, we come back within a working day with a quote and some dates, and the booking is confirmed in writing once we both agree. The prices on this site are starting points; your quote is the figure that counts, and it covers everything we've agreed including kit, crew and any editing.

Payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Payment terms, cancellation windows and rescheduling arrangements are set out in your quote and booking confirmation. If anything there is unclear, ask before you confirm and we'll put it in plain words.

The first-session offer

The code FIRST gives 15% off your first booking with us. One use per client, on the first booking only, and it can't be combined with other offers or applied to a booking that's already confirmed.

Studio tours

Free 30-minute tours are offered once per client, subject to availability. Strategy sessions for regular bookings can be arranged at any time.

Your content and our site

What you record at the studio is yours. The content of this website, including its text and imagery, belongs to Virtual Studio Event Ltd and shouldn't be reused without permission. Information on this site is provided in good faith and may change; the details in your quote take precedence.

The legal bit

These terms and any booking are governed by the law of England and Wales. Granary Digital is a trading name of Virtual Studio Event Ltd. Questions to hello@granary.digital.
