How the day runs
Three phases. The day itself runs in three focused blocks with breaks between, so nothing feels rushed and nothing drags.
Week or two before
A 60-minute call to map out the episode and the headshot brief. We send back a question list, a brief for any guests, and a wardrobe note for the photos. Everything is signed off in writing before you arrive.
The day itself
You arrive, we walk through the day. Block one is the podcast recording in the studio, with breaks built in. Block two is lunch on us and a short reset. Block three is the headshot sitting in The White Space. We aim to have you finished by mid-afternoon.
Within a week
Edited podcast episode, raw multitrack, six short-form clips and ten retouched headshots delivered through a single secure link. One round of small revisions on the edit is included.
The price
One number. No upsell once you arrive. The strategy call, the studio time, the engineer on the desk, the headshot sitting next door, the edit, the clip pack, and the secure delivery link, all in.
